Who can participate?
I am the parent of a child who has just been born:
- I live in the canton of Vaud
- I was employed (including sick leave, accident-related leave or incapacity for work, or unemployment) at least 40% (several jobs may be combined) during part of the pregnancy
- Self-employed or salaried employee, apprentice
- I plan to return to work in the year after the child's birth, whatever the outcome of the project
What?
You will be asked to complete an online questionnaire (about 15–20 minutes):
- About your work
- About your work-family balance
- About your well-being and health
When?
Three times:
- When my child is 2 months old
- When my child is 7 months old
- When my child is 12 months old
Why?
- To help us understand the influence of work on well-being and health, and how it changes over time
- To help us write recommendations for professionals, to support parents in returning to work and balancing work and family in more suitable conditions
- To help better meet parents’ needs
That’s why we need you!
Compensation: CHF 20 per completed questionnaire (CHF 60 per parent for completing all 3 questionnaires).
Both parents can participate. Each participation is individual.
This is an opportunity to make your voice heard, and the voice of all parents in the canton of Vaud, regardless of your family structure or profession.
